Breaking The Fat Barrier!












WooHoo!!!




All ready to start the challenge, I've done all my shopping and my diary is fully booked with workouts & food menu's,,,PLUS yesterday I won a 2 week FREE membership to the local gym here in Karratha,Can you believe that...maybe they noticed it too??? but, couldnt have come at a better time :)


Anyhow, above are my "before" photos, taken this morning by my lovely husband, who said..."more photo's how many times do I have to do this??? :( way to make a girl feel special! so this is my last time of pre-photos cause I will never need to do it again after this 12week challenge!

When Dieting Won't Power is Better Than Will Power!

I COMMIT TO FOLLOW THE FULL 12WBT PROGRAMME TILL THE END!!! I COMMIT TO DO THE WORK IT TAKES TO GET ME THERE!

I am doing this for me so I can be the person, wife and mother I know I am!



I've bacically just realized my motivation(or lack of) is a complete load of BS! For so long I've made excuse after excuse as to why I cant/dont excercise and have procrastenated for years.....Well No more!


I will always be faced with temptation but have now come to realize that most fattening thing about an apple pie is the spoon you put in it!


So piss off apple pie cause I dont need you! and hello my new way of life :)
